If you've read all of the above already, you'll still get some great insights. If you haven't, he gives a great summation of what these entail and If any intrigue you, you will have your next book(s) to read.

Helped Me Realize More

Elevate really has elevated me to realize a lot more what is going on with my team and what I need to be doing better. The author gives specific examples of things I as the leader can do better to empower my team to grow. He points out both positive and negative things we as leaders can do to grow our teams in a healthy a positive way. Not just to grow me but the leaders and overlooked leaders in my organization.

5 out of 5 stars. Would/have recommended to my team to read. I think it'll help them all grow as well as cause the people around them to become better as well.

I would recommend this to any leader or manager, especially ones that are big into Agile leadership or use frameworks like Scrum.
