Great Book!

It is something that everyone says that they are doing but not really. It is something easier said than done for sure. It is something that every leader or everyone who wants to become leader needs and this books opens that door for you. Highly recommended.

Best self-development book so far

I loved this book. 1 chapter in and already knew I was in love. This book is amazing, the people are very real and vulnerable, the stories are inspiring, the growth is amazing. "...working on yourself is the best form of leadership..."

Worth the read

through this book it really help me identify what my “pinch” is and I’m excited to apply that to leader ship issues or situations in the future. Spoke was very insightful and I do think it will help me be a better leader to others.

Excellent, Relatable, Honest

This was a very well done and relatable study. It was so refreshing to hear a real life story of all these issues played out for an organization and inspirational to tackle your own issues. This isn’t just applicable to business leaders. It serves as a great guide for helping us navigate all sorts of social/interpersonal issues in life.
