I find setting boundaries difficult, so I was challenged by this book. I appreciated the focus on being proactive about needed change and looking at what holds us back.

If I had this book sooner things would be better but I read it at the perfect moment. I will make this a yearly book because there are so many nuggets. Everyone who will experience an ending should read this book because it gives clear strategies for successful endings in order to experience better. If you are not experiencing better it is because you have not had the necessary ending.
