I found this course interesting and informative , unfortunately however I got very bored with the complexity of it all. If I were a business manager I'm sure it would be extremely helpful and as wife and Mother it gave me a mass of insight into how to avoid family conflicts. It all makes sense , I shall no doubt listen to it all again and would recommend it to others but doubt whether my husband or son would enjoy it much.

Easy to navigate resource which gets right to the point of the matter. Both authors come with years of high level practice. It is not a bunch of theoretical concepts but is practical and applicable immediately. A good read, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their relationships.
