Filthy, ruined, and left for dead. What a perfect birthday gift.

Four powerful, mythical men want to claim me as theirs: a sweet but possessive light pegasus, a reclusive and scarred bear shifter, a deadly, twisted dark pegasus, and an unhinged imp shifter with a soul as fractured as mine.

They're everywhere I turn—wanting me, loving me, protecting me—no matter how hard I push them away.

But they don't understand that I can never be theirs. That I can't accept our bond, that I can't accept them.

The night my father orchestrated my so-called "initiation," something inside me broke. A part of me that can never be mended, no matter how much they try.

I can't acknowledge our mate bond because I can't bear to be touched. My choice was taken from me, leaving me broken and shattered, a shell of who I once was. And in my struggle to reclaim my life, the only way I know to protect myself is to retreat.

But when a stalker starts leaving a trail of blood in my name, I'm forced out of hiding and into their arms. My mates want me whole. They can't accept the pieces I offer—not forever.

It feels easier just to let the darkness consume me.

Don't Touch is the first book in the Not All Men trilogy. It's a glacial-burn paranormal why-choose romance that contains possessive men, a snarky, coming into herself heroine, and a familiar world full of shifters, danger, and excitement.

Contains mature content. A complete list of content warnings can be found on the author's website.

So…. It’s not “good”. It’s more a pug. So ugly it’s cute, so bad it’s good. This scratches the fantasy fanfiction made into a real book itch. I’m just kinda mad there isn’t a sequel yet. It’s self indulgent, the main character’s self hatred is so intense it borders on intolerable. And yet… it’s good. It’s bad but it’s good. If you want damsel in distress but also she’s fighty…. This is that.

Zero resolution, zero answers, zero satisfied story arcs…. Alas must wait for the sequel.

(TLDR I liked it but it’s tropey, which was what I was looking for but may not be what you’re looking for. The male narrator is amazing at times. Like take your breath away believable. The female narrator is sometimes hard to tell characters apart. She doesn’t use different enough voices for each character that there’s occasional confusion.)

Cliff hanger

I’ve re-read and re-listened several times, it’s just such a good book. The narration is amazing as well. I love the dynamic between all of the characters so far and I think Maeve is especially so well written.

I love this book

this book is very annoying the main character whines about everything she spoiled and she does people wrong because something happened to her but the book start to get redundant with her behavior and I tried to finish it this book but I can't not.

Annoying

This story brings to light a dark path that so many of us have had to face. SA, attention we didn’t want, people believing the ab*ser(s) when they lied, and showing that sometimes the people closest to us can be the monsters our nightmares are made of. While I didn’t experience the exact same journey, similarities reflect it, and this book and any others like it makes me be validated. It acknowledges my own hardships and healing journey which isn’t an easy task. So many people can take their own liberties on people in seemingly harmless ways, but it’s not harmless. I love that this book brings that to light, I love that it’s not rushed and goes onto book too. Authors truly help with mental health and recovery and I hope you all know how much that’s appreciated.

Heart wrenching and filled with acknowledgment
