A blueprint for sustainable success
I have read countless books on management, leadership, entrepreneurship and growth and Done's take on it is the most real and practical of all of them. Many books give you tools and tell stories to deal with situations, but applying those to YOUR individual situation is often very difficult to do. While I enjoy those, they more support my personal development as a leader or manager than as a business owner.
Brad's book and his approach to building a business are much more akin to an instruction manual for building independence and wealth. I more struggle with the simplicity of the concepts he presents and how the book goes into very specific and practical descriptions he repeatedly took to build multiple successful businesses across several different industries. He is open, clear, and obvious without speaking in ambiguous language that is hard to translate to reality. He makes it clear that it can be done by anyone in any market for any kind of product.
If you want a clear description of how a single person finds ideas, turns those ideas into projects, who and how to hire a freelance team to build those projects, how to grow without tying yourself down to customers or employees, and how to do it again and again...get this book. There is little to nothing lost in translation between what he does in his own businesses and what you would need to mirror to create a marketable offer that you own and profit from as an individual sole owner. Looking forward to building something myself!

Perfect balance of 90 percent actionable advice and 10 percent storytelling
Favorite thing about this book was the author has actually DONE the things he is writing and teaching about… probably the most humble multimillion dollar business owner book I have ever read.
The content was so actionable and the stories were sprinkled throughout made it enjoyable and easier to understand the concepts that Brad so masterfully teaches.
