Loved loved loved!

This is my favorite of the Doctor books and the narrators are ridiculously good. Like, pant worthy. Sexy, spicy, swoony with all the banter and longing and electric moments. The characters were funny, charming and I fell in love right along with them. I couldn’t put it down. It was a total, juicy, can’t get enough binge. LOVED IT!

Amazing narration

I jumped right into this book without reading the others in the series but I was able to understand who everyone was and what was going on. I really liked the relationship Landon has with his teenage daughter and the quick friendship that she develops with Elle.

Amazing Story!

First off, I love Connor Crais’ narration. He’s one of my go to narrators. He, as always, did not disappoint. But, even though I love his narration, the story was fantastic. I love a good second chance romance that has its fair share of heat. This had it all. Definitely worth the credit. I also plan to purchase the other 2 books about the brothers!

Spicy with great narration

Cute story with the right amount of spice. The main female character is strong and sassy. The main male character is the strong alpha type without overdoing it.

The narration was on point for me. Great southern accent for the female. The right amount of grit and gruff for the male.

It was an effortless audiobook.

It's about time, Landon found his new love.

Since I've read all about the Abbott-Fritz's, a new book is written on what's happening with them. Carter marrying Grace, their son... Luca marriage to Raven... Landon and Elle and their twins. Octivia and her cancer update. I know there is more. So how about it?

I love this series

This is Landon and Elle’s love story. Landon grumpy single dad, I loved him. This was so good. Highly recommend this series. Can’t get enough of it.

Single dad story that is heart warming yet has so much happening that keeps it engaging!

A spectacular single dad book that is heart wrenching yet has so much dynamic that is constantly engaging! There’s also forced proximity and some enemies to lovers mixed in as well! The story is about Landon Fritz who lost his wife 9 years ago and now it’s just him and his 13 year old daughter Stella. Then comes Elle, who he meets in a bar one night and their world is about to change!

“Because last night when I was with her, I wasn’t a single dad, heartbroken and ruined and so miserable with everything, I can hardly stand my reflection…I was certainly more carefree than I can remember being since Reese died. Elle was fun and beautiful and fuck, she felt so good.”

Doctor Heartless starts out as a one night stand between Landon and Elle. For Landon, he already had the greatest love of his life and lost it, so now he only hooks up now and then out of need, not desire. Then there is Elle, who left a bad relationship with her husband. It was only supposed to be one night together, but without giving to much away, it turns into a forced proximity and enemies to lovers story as well! The storyline is so well developed and intriguing as there is always something happening! Plus the banter is top notch and full of heat and sexual tension! The way things then develop between Elle and Landon is so heart warming as they both are healing from things in their lives. This book will touch your heart as you fall in love with these characters!

Oh Connor Crais!! As soon as I heard his voice for Landon in the narration, I KNEW it was going to be incredible! His tone is perfect for this grumpy, sad, and angry dad. He enveloped his character perfectly and made me feel all the things with his voice during the book! Then there is Stella Hunger who did a superb job narrating Elle! Her voice perfectly characterized Elle and I especially loved her voice for Stella! This audio is definitely worth getting for this book!

Good story, tech issues chapter 24

I really like the book. Please note there are technical issues where it goes silent every 5-10 seconds through all of chapter 24.

Fine book, but bits missing in chapter 24

Good book.
Somethings wrong with chapter 24. Several sound bits of 3-4 seconds are missing. Thought it was my airpods and tried without them, tried deleting and re-downloading the book as well as shutting off and re-starting my iPhone (13), but it made no difference 😕
