Too much sex

The story started out really good. I loved how they fell in love. However, this was mostly sex. Both MCs went back and forth. It was fine because the h didn’t give in so easily. But every time they get together, it was all sex. I don’t mind the sex scenes but this was overly done. There was connection but there’s no love making. Like I said, all sex. Not worth credit.

Age gap romance where the guy chases the girl! Incredible audio!

This book is a classic story where the guy falls first and chases after the girl! From the first few books in this series, we have heard all about Luca Fritz and the girl, Raven, whose heart broke years ago. All we know is that he’s still pining over Raven as his siblings always tell him to stop stalking her in the previous books. This book will answer everything and it is such a fantastic journey along the way! It’s an age gap story (11 years), forced proximity, 2nd chance lovers and some enemies to lovers as well! One thing I love about J. Saman’s books is how much she packs into one story making it constantly intriguing and interesting!

Doctor Playboy starts with a Part 1, which is like a long prologue 4 years into the past about how Lucas and Raven met and got together. We also finally learn how he broke her heart in this part. Then comes, Part 2 which brings you back to the present. Luca is right there trying to get his 2nd chance at love with Raven and will do anything for it. There were some frustrating parts in this section of the book that I felt like was just a young girl just wanting to be mad and not listen to the truth but it all came full circle, made sense and was worth it! Push through that part because gets better!

“She built a world of resistance around her heart with the singular purpose of keeping me out. I know it. I can see it all over her. But the fact that I can still sneak through the back door—and no, that’s not a dirty metaphor, at least not yet—and disarm her completely is why I’ll never give up.”

I love love Luca!! He is funny, is such a nerd, loves hard, is all about his family and knows what he wants! His commentary throughout the book made me laugh. The family is in this book a lot and all of his interactions with them are pure gold and were my favorite! On the flip side he feels deep and sometimes his words hit all the feelings too. Also, he is all alpha male…especially when it comes to romance so be prepared for lots of spice in this book too!

Connor Crais and Vanessa Edwin might be a new favorite narration duo! I absolutely loved their voices together in this audio! Also, Connor Crais knows how to perform an audio! His voice has such a great tone and he expresses so much feeling that it makes you feel every word on the page! A phenomenal performance by both!

Another good 1!!!

This is another good addition to the series!!! They keep getting better and can’t wait for the next 1

This story was a little boring to me . do not get me wrong I see the story line , but I think it need a little funny nest in it
