This is an excellent easy-to-listen to guide that will help anyone understand how they can actively improve diversity in the workplace.
Janice also did an excellent job narrating and I loved that it was in her voice! I’m now also going to buy the book so that I can gift it to some of my DEI clients and colleagues!
