I thoroughly enjoyed reading this as it says all the issues that exist and Dr. Asare identifies them is such a tactful and direct manner.

Great read for those starting DEI work.

This is a clear, concise, accurate guide for those looking to seed DEI in their workplaces. As, the author states, DEI is a starting point, where racial equity is the journey. Looking forward to the next book for more seasoned warriors.
