Wow! What an amazing story! This is a must listen/read book for everyone who wants to start investing in Real Estate. My honor in life to know Farrah personally. This book is not fiction or bs. This is a real true story of how single mother with two kids and tons of hurts and tons of debts became one of the most successful women Real Estate investors and entrepreneurs. Very heart touching experience. I've listened to this book with tears in my eyes. This is the story of a small caterpillar becoming the most beautiful butterfly.
