Great Book! Gives all information needed

Great, ready from beginning to end. This is not like other books that lead you along like a horse trying to get a carrot on a stick. Ms. Phillips gives you a great blueprint to building passive income and helping others live in affordable housing. she informs you on how to get the right house tenant, team, and how to look for the right property managers. "You are not a landlord..."

Step by step guide
