Sydney spent his time playing all the real-time strategy games that he could get his hands on. While in the middle of one of the biggest games of his life the world seemed to come to an end. Waking up in a strange world as something called a Dungeon Core with more than a few things around him that would be happy to kill him, he begins work on building his defenses while learning about the world. Luckily for him, his new form's abilities happens to be exactly like the strategy games he loved back on Earth. He was a pro then, he would be a pro again.

decent progression, story kept moving and the various threads of plot were coherent, a good mindless listen.

Good narrating, decent story, good continuous forward movement throughout. seemed a tad predictable but still enjoyable overall

This is an ok dungeon story. It's light on stats and building but how he gets people is cool. Good beginner dungeon core.

A wonderful bit of storytelling.

While it's predictable in all the best ways, the characters are likable and well flashed out. The story does not become overly grim even though the undead there's are present. It was a joy to read.

A good short listen

Starts with some Starcraft, goes into Warcraft and Civilization. Then ends when it gets good... Just have to wait for the next book.

story is good. reader not so much. it's just this guy talking, he doesn't do or even try to do different voices.
