why did it have to end!!!!!
I love a good slice of life series and this didn't disappoint. Even with this book having the most smut it didn't detract from the story, if anything it helped convey the emotions of characters and the progression of the relationships. sad to see the series end but I will reread it soon and love it all over again

Epic Conclusion
I really loved the series a lot. Kirk Mason is a master at writing this kind of stuff. His books are a great blend of slice-of-life, romance, and action, and this book was no different. The duet narration really brought the story to life. The story ended really well, though I wish we could have explored this world a bit more. All in all, a great adventure

a middling conclusion
the slice of life is great, the tacked on villain and nearly random battle sequence to sort of hand wave away an actual explanation or ending. not so much.
