action packed

I have read many of Clive Cussler's books and always enjoy them. They are action packed and very interesting.
This audio version was just as good as the others. love the voice of the narration. It fit the story well.

Good book, always liked it when good trump's

Audio version by Scott Brick is slightly different than the original book as published in the USA. Question is why?

I read the originally published book as I listened to the audio narrative. It differ in the following ways. 1) The narrative used British terms rather than those written by Cussler. 2) Scott added more description words that actually enhanced the story but were not as originally written, and 3) Scott added several entire sentences and skipped two pages at the end of one of the chapters. Scott enhanced the story but it wasn’t as originally written. I am wondering if there was a British rewrite published later?

Fantastic

My husband got hooked! I love the Dirk Pitt books. The vivid descriptions and plots are addictive. You just can’t stop listening.

As good as ever.

So glad Scott Brick is going through the older books. A fantastic performance as always, and the story is as good as any other of Cussler’s books, despite being one of the early ones.

A bit long and too political

Struggled to finish. Too much political drama but loved the rest of the book! Not bad!

Wonderfully written,exceptional oratorr! Fast past and unexpected twists. A story everyone will enjoy! Complete plots and developed characters! On to the next story in this series.

Great except for too much profanity!!!

My family has enjoyed This author’s books especially because of the lack of profanity and vulgarity . But if this problem recurs in future books my entire family and many of my friends will no longer purchase this author’s work

Too Far Fetched

I’m used to Clive’s characters being the best and almost super human but the story line was very out there and unrealistic. For me I like things that are at least possible.
