The ending confused me a little

Overall decent story, I was not a fan of the authors “jack” voice. I think I was just confused in the end about what exactly happened and of course I can’t find the answers online. But overall interesting story but it doesn’t really give anything away until the VERY end

Shocking ending!!

I'm not sure I can think past that ending! I mean, wow! What did I just listen too? I might have to relisten just to see if I missed any clues leading up. Audrey is an amazing character. She had a terrible event change her life and now she lives frightened of everything. This is a CRAZY story and I totally recommend it! Samantha Towle knows what she's doing when she writes! The narrator, Sarah McEwan was an amazing Audrey. She comes off as timid and shy, wary. Loved it!!

don't pick this one for the HEA

ok here's the thing. was this a good, captivating story? yea it was. did it evoke emotions and shock me with the twist? sure did. daaaaaamn was i shook and so angry over that twist. but man I was really looking for that HEA and I'm here to tell you this one does not deliver. I'm not going to spoil it any further for you, just saying if you are searching for that romantic suspense novel with the sweet HEA this is not the book for you. it's a good, emotion provoking book though. read at your own risk, you've been warned!

Wow! Unexpected 🙀😱👏

This book is completely different from previous books and it absolutely will blow your mind at the end. It's like one of those movies, psychological suspense ones that surprise you at the end. I have my suspicions of whom, but again, I wasn't expecting exactly that and how. I won't give away anything. Just read it. Narrator was good and once read, you'll see.... zip🤐 won't say another word. Love Samantha Towle. I have all her books and read them all. I've read them in order (chronology written) since, although it doesn't affect or disclose any important detail, in most of them are interactions with characters from previous books, like Jake Wethers from TMS. I am in love with TMS and everything she has written after that. She's become one of my favourite authors. 💗🍒💋🔥🎸

I didn’t see the end coming. It blew my mind. I did skip over some of the sex senes. Well written but long

Do not recommend

Story line dragged on and was mostly the main characters rambling thoughts or sex scenes. I skipped over half of the book. Ending was completely lost in the main storyline and was super disappointed in how it played out.
