I am GIGGLING like a schoolgirl!!! I think Easton just became my favorite! The way he went from grumpy to lovey melted my heart. 

I love how this was the final book, yet there were still so many twist and turns thrown at you. Action, spice, and suspense, you name it. Tessa knew how to end this final book with a "!!" Absolutely adore how the story came together and the way it ended!

And might I add.. listening to the audiobook alongside reading, PERFECTION! The narrators did such an amazing job capturing the intense emotions in this story. LOVE!

Dawn of Flames is the last installment in the Dragons of Ember Hollow trilogy and this was such a fantastic end to this epic series! This is a fated mates, dragon shifters, why choose romance that delivers on the most delicious characters! If you want a bingeable series to obsess over, read this series right now!

This series needs to be read in order, the first 2 books end on cliffhangers that lead into the next book. So this 3rd book picks up directly after the accident at the end of book 2 and we jump right back into this fast-paced world! From the bond, Hayden learning about her family history, dragon shifts, friendships, dragon scales, broody heroes, a heat…so much to keep your attention in this book! I love how each hero in this series brings something different to the story and has their own backstory to work through. We get angst in this one and getting to see the final relationship click into place was everything! The epilogue was sooo perfect! 🥹 And then the setup of the next series and character 👀, I AM SCREAMING!! So very excited! 👏👏

I binged the audio ALC and highly recommend this whole series in audio, such a fantastic full cast of narrators. Thanks so much to the author, all thoughts in this review are my own.

This cast + this story = amazing

The cliff hanger that Tessa left us with at the end of midnight of ashes was a doozy but she immediately picked up and kept us on the edge of our seat in Dawn of Flames.

The story unfolded with heartbreak, love, support, and some lingering hesitancy. The guys had to show Hayden how much they truly loved her and their pasts all made it harder in varying degrees.

The conclusion of this story was everything i needed and then some. The bonds, the spice, the action, and Hayden really coming into herself and learning more about her family and the dragon world. She had so many obstacles to face, but with the guys by her side she was able to overcome everything.

The cast that narrates this book is phenomenal. The emotions that bleed into the story give it that much more of an edge. The anger, love, and sorrow you feel when they are telling the story keeps you wanting to hear their voices even after the story was over. They meld together to create the perfect cast for this big family of dragons. I was obsessed and wanted to keep listening over and over.

I loved how this series concluded and i can’t wait to see what else Tessa has in store for future series and stories. She is amazing and i love her writing so much!

Dragons oh my!!!

Can I get some dragon shifters to come sweep me away? No…well, I guess I’ll just have to swoon over Hayden’s group of guys LOL.

What an epic conclusion to this gripping and highly addictive trilogy. The tension, the angst, the twists, the non-stop action, the chemistry and bond between Hayden and her men…hands down a must read for anyone who loves fantasy/paranormal romance.

This trilogy has seriously been such an amazing journey, and when we finally find out all the who’s and why’s…I was shookith people...just wow. I loved the character growth of Hayden and all the guys. Watching their bonds develop and strengthen made my why choose, fated mates loving heart so happy. These guys are the dream team ok…possessive, total alpha men, protective, caring, and everything you could possibly want….SWOON.

And the epilogue…my life is complete. Like talk about tying the perfect bow on an already phenomenal story. Chef’s kiss perfection!

Audiobook fans…this is a full cast that will have your ears doing a happy dance, so if audiobooks are your thing, I highly recommend listening to this one!

WOW I’m so exited we finally got to see Easton & Maddox with Hayden. The spice was perfect as well. Be sure to also grab the audiobook ! Amazing cast!!!

Great ending

I think this book is my favorite in the series. We get to meet Hayden’s dragon (she’s purple!) and the horde is finally able to end the threat to Hayden’s life. The epilogue is perfect!

Enjoyed

I loved this series as much as I’ve loved every book Tessa has written and I can’t wait to read Wren’s story when it’s complete! This was a reread in prep for it as it should be completed later this year! I own almost all of Tessa’s books on audio and kindle now as I will not tire of doing reread:!

Dragon shifters are superior

We are immediately dropped back into the world of Ember Hollow, and boy oh boy how I missed Hayden and her men.

I love how Tessa allowed these characters to grow throughout the series...Hayden slowly blooms into the woman she is destined to be. And Cael, Cillian, Knox, Easton and Maddox all have their own journey to better themselves...all thanks to the powerful woman who can bring each of them to their knees.

Vanessa was such a star for me as Hayden, I'm so excited to hear what she does next!

And the gentlemen played their supporting roles with ease. Hey Connor Crais imitating Jason Clarke...who knew I needed that in my life?

LOVED this ending to the series!

Dawn of Flames is the perfect ending to this series. I think this is probably my favorite series from this author so far. I both listened and read this one and loved the narration for this. That there is a different narrator for each member of the harem worked perfectly and really made this one come alive. So much happens in this final installment to the Dragons of Ember Hollow and we get the perfect mix of plot and relationship development. I wasn't sure how everything could wrap up in one final book, but it worked perfectly. I can't wait for what comes next from this author - especially if it's who is hinted at within this final book.

Epic Conclusion!

Little Flame…Burn forever! Dawn of Flames by Tessa Hale was the dark, wild, twisted conclusion to Hayden and her fated mate's dragon shifter romance that I devoured in one sitting. Hayden’s journey to HEA was full of unraveling secrets, dangerous encounters, and of course steamy devotion that I couldn’t get enough of. The trilogy does not disappoint!

Vanessa Moyen performs this audiobook featuring Jacob Morgan, Teddy Hamilton, Connor Crais, Jason Clarke, and Joe Arden. Moyen once again gives a stellar, passionate performance honing in on Hayden’s budding confidence, ever-growing power, and newfound strength to find her dragon and fight for herself and her fellas. Plus, all of the supporting fellas’ performances portrayed all the reasons why they were destined to protect and serve Hayden which made each one irresistible in their unique ways.

Overall, I LOVED this book. If you are a fan of a why choose dragon shifter romance with a powerful purple dragon shifter heroine, five protective hunky mates, kidnapping, danger, secrets revealed, campus life, undeniable steamy chemistry, all the spice, devotion, bonding, truths about the past, jaw-dropping plot twist, and a HEA that will light a flame in your heart then you will love the conclusion of Hayden, Cillian, Knox, Easton, Maddox, and Cael’s epic love story. I am looking forward to more from Tessa Hale.
