• Thoughts:
I loved this!!! I couldn't stop listening to this book, and this is part of a trilogy, so it does leave us on a cliffhanger. Totally don't care, and I know I will be re-listen to this before book 2 comes out. The author is new to me as well. I very much enjoyed her writing style, and they way she captures your attention. She immerses you into her world flawlessly. I was so engaged. I can't wait for book 2, and I will definitely be reading Tessa's back list.

Narrators:
This is a full cast and dual style narration. This book is mainly in the POV of Hayden, who was narrated by Vanessa Moyen. Vanessa is new to me, narrator, and she slayed it! I loved listening to her voice and her performance.
Jason Clarke, Connor Crais, Teddy Hamilton, Jacob Morgan, and Joe Arden. I mean, come on! They were incredible.

Perfect Starter Fantasy

The performance was phenomenal! I mean when you have an all star cast like this one it’s going to be good. They all brought this story to life in a way that I throughly enjoyed. I absolutely loved this story and cannot wait for book two!

Holy Dragon Shifters!

This story was fast paced and a lot of fun! Not super spicy yet, but towards the end we got a sneak peak into what we may get as the series progresses and I’m not mad! This line up of narrators had me reeling!

Good story, couldn’t stop listening!

It does end on a cliffhanger which I didn’t realize until til half way through book 1…
But it was good and I’d still listen again even knowing the 2nd book isn’t out yet.

Audiobook elevated the story

I already knew I loved the story but this all-star narration cast really elevated the experience! Mild complaint is there are some discrepancies between pronunciations between narrators but the differences are small enough that it didn’t impact my listening experience.

Gotta love dragons! this was fun to read. Loved all of them from Mr. Grumpy Cat to Killian, Knox, Kale, and Maddox. worth the read.

Best Cast!

Almost all of my favorite narrators in one book, what could be better! Vanessa Moyen is an amazing narrator who really brings any character she plays to life and she makes all the males sound different when voicing their parts as well. All of the male narrators fit their characters so well too! Can't wait for the rest of the series!

If you love why choose romance and fantasy genre with dragon shifters you will love this one! I listened to an audio ALC and it was amazing! Tessa is a new to me author and I love her writing style. The story was fast paced and jumps right into the story. The world building is not too complex. It was very easy to connect to the characters.

Narrated By Vanessa Moyen with special appearances from Teddy Hamilton, Jacob Morgan, Connor Crais, Joe Arden and Jason Clarke. This full cast brought this story to life. Vanessa is a new narrator to me and I loved her character transitions and she portrayed Hayden's emotions real well. Teddy, Jacob, Connor, Joe and Jason have a few chapters in their character's POV. I loved their interpretation of their characters.

I loved Hayden. She's intelligent, sassy, and independent. She had a rough childhood, so she worked hard to have a better life. She gets a scholarship at Evergreen University where she meets our 5 MMCs. I loved the guys. All have different personalities and they instantly find a connection with Hayden. This book does end on a cliffhanger. I'm excited to see what happens next.
