Kept my attention all the way through.

Dark River Inn kept my attention through the entire book. I liked the balance of a bit of paranormal and the mystery/Detective approach.

Good read

I liked the story and it kept you in suspense until the end. the reader was pleasant to listen to.

Solid listening… the ending seemed a little too quick

Great story, with solid plot. My only issue is that the ending seemed to come along & get tied up way too uneventfully… wish for a more imaginative end then (spoiler) the villain monologuing the full motive & operation of the crime(s).

This was an intense story and an interesting plot! The characters were well rounded and it was a great ghost novel!

Dark and suspenseful. Not scary, but yes, there was some suspense. I liked the characters a lot. You aren't wasting your money or credits on this one.

Mystery!

Interesting mystery with a little romance that keeps the reader interested and wondering what will happen next. Worth sharing and look forward to finding more from this author.

Love tnat this was in part inspired by a true event although fictional. The narrator does an amazing job! Not scary by mysterious! Looking forward to the next book!

Best In Awhile

I’ve enjoyed listening to many books here. So far this is one of my favorites! I enjoyed the ghost story and the mystery. I was on the edge of my seat and my mind thought of a different outcome.
