Good realistic covert operations. Good well put together story. kept my interest. great action. lots of good intelligence collected for the operations.

A must listen.

Really enjoyable. Good story. Plenty of action. If you like Clancy, try Kasper. You won’t be disappointed.

Action packed installment!

It is easy to say this latest episode in Jason Kaspar’s Shadow Strike Series is the best yet. As these stories go on the stories get richer, the action gets more intense and the investigation into finding Eric Weiss begins to get clearer. In the case of Covert Kill, I received a review copy of the audiobook from the publisher not only was the story excellent as I have alluded to earlier, I got an excellent introduction to Corey M. Snow. Mr. Snow’s narration added a dimension to this story that was missing in the previous Shadow Strike stories that I have read. This leads me to believe listening to the previous books would be an excellent undertaking.

Having been in Gwoza and Maiduguri, I am amazed at the accuracy of geographical description and events!

I was hesitant at first but it became good immediately . I would recommend this book and series.

One of my new favorite series!

Every character is great, I love this crew of misfit assassins! The two preceding books are also a great read/listen. Each book has humor, a good story, and lots of action! Really glad I picked up the series, keep them coming!

Logic

The reality of the conversation by the men. Men especially military types speak to each other when alone without public, different. The writer had to have prior knowledge of this.

dutchess is annoying

slow storyline, not as good as the previous ones. There is only so much you can put in a thriller storyline before it sounds like more of the same plotline.

Team almost succeeds, narrow miss, Dutchess cops out and denies ROE, team disobeys, narrowly escapes and accomplishes objective, end of story. clever the first few times and becomes predictable by the third book.

Does not disappoint

Great characters, captivating story. Love each member of the team to include Duchess and her crew.

Unable to pause, not even for meals.

I've listened to them all Jason Jasper's books. A non stop thriller where doing good is rarely easy, or even legal. Despite what others think, he'll do the right thing his way, selflessly (usually), whatever it takes. Consequences be damned.
