Wonderful

I absolutely love the Eve Duncan series. I can’t wait each month for my chance to get the next book. Iris Johansen is one of my favorite authors.

Good storyline!

I really enjoyed this novel's storyline in the Eve Duncan series. Four of five stars.

bad narrator

Should have used the same narrator as blind alley. the southern draw has me losing interest within 2md chapter.

Good storyline with twists and turns.

I love the stories and characters in the Eve Duncan series. Good production by the reader.

Romance novel or adventure novel

I went into this expecting an adventure but found it as much a romance novel. That disappointed me a little. A much younger woman fantasizing about a swashbuckling older man. Trembling hands. Breathlessness. All too sappy for my taste.
