Greatly informative

This book is a treasure trove of information that can enrich your life should you listen to it and apply it. Great content from a brave man willing to say that the mainstream is wrong in its nutrition advice. Voiced by the author fairly well. I recommend this for anyone, especially those who are interested in a carnivore diet.

Proper human science

Honestly, every adult should read/listen this book at least once in their life.
There's too many sick people, whether its autoimmune, obesity or just being in chronic pain because they are "old".
Not enough people question the why's and how's, they just stick to what everyone says or media tells them things are, thank god we got the people in the carnivore community waking people up and have them question nutrition and more.
Thanks Eddie for this masterpiece of a book.

Comprehensive and concise

This book is dense with knowledge and is put out in a way that is simple to understand. i have been looking up nutrition and wellness information for years now and this touches on pretty much everything I have learned to be of importance.

Would recommend to anyone and everyone to read this book.
