As a divorced mother with two children, I can say that I believe I have been through it all: the frustration, the pain, the sleepless nights, the emotional roller coaster that comes with trying to co-parent after divorce.
I wrote this book to help people who are going through similar situations. If I could go back in time, this is the book I would give to my younger self before it all started.

The worst part about it is that so many of the books out there on co-parenting seem to focus solely on dealing with the children. They forget about the importance of having to also deal with your ex. Society also seems to spend so much time on the how's and the why's of co-parenting that they forget to explain what it is, both on the surface and at its core.
By learning how to communicate and get along with your ex and prioritizing your children, you are one step closer to raising children happily and healthily, which is the ultimate goal of co-parenting.
