Welcome to Charybdis Station!
Clyde Dailyn is a Grell that knows his own mind, thank you very much! He wants absolutely nothing to do with a life mate, despite the restless loneliness that's keeping him awake. A mate means trusting another person and that is one thing he refuses to do.
Hayward Grimes is an asexual former assassin that has lived long enough to know exactly what he wants in life - a life mate and a family. While he gets a head start on the family part of his future, a life mate may take some time. However, he's a patient man and doesn't mind a little work. Especially if it means he'll have his own Grell mate to hold at the end of the day.
When Clyde and Hay's pasts collide, their happiness is put at risk. Clyde will have to find the courage to fight for his mate and family. Meanwhile Hay will have to face the one ghost he thought was gone forever. Luckily, they aren't alone in this fight.
Author's Note: 30k words. This is a m/m sci-fi/fantasy romance story with a HEA. Mpreg exists in this world, but neither of the main characters can get pregnant. There is a little action and a lot of love included. 18+ listeners only, please. Charybdis Station is a spin-off series of The Blue Solace. It is best listened to after The Blue Solace.

LOVED IT!
I really did love this audio. Clyde and Hay are a great couple, you wouldn’t think so because of their jobs and personalities that have been shown in other books/audios, but they work and in this audio you get to know them more, and realise they’re perfect for each other.
Once again the narrator did a wonderful job.
I hope the author doesn’t take too long before the next book in the series is released.
