Some of our church pews are filled with recycled converts who do not know their left from their right concerning disciple-making after years of conversion. Some of our churches have become like the Dead Sea, where we keep taking in messages and not being equipped to let out the treasure within.

disciples needed

This book raises the excellent question of does the church do a good job making disciples? It then argues that in fact it could and should be doing a lot better if the Christian's were being disciplined ie. lead and taught deeper into their beliefs. I liked that it had suggestions for solving the problem it points out.
