It's What You'd Expect
Chances are this isn't your first Ciaphas Cain novel and so you should know what to expect. it's the typical formula of Cain dealing with problem A, his palms itch, and low and behold there is a worse problem B. This isn't a bad thing, of course, as all of the Cain books are entertaining. just don't expect any sort of deviation from what has worked so well in the past.

One more reason to add to the list of why this is my favorite 40k series. The writing doesn't take itself TOO seriously, and Caiphus Caine is just a fun character. Both the narrators are some of my favorites.
