The Spice!

Spicy retelling of Goldie locks and the 3 bears. A great relaxing read, yet interesting enough to keep me up reading past bedtime.

LOVED

I absolutely loved this story and the narrators did such a spectacular job of bringing it to life in my head. It was well read and totally tapped into the emotions that needed a voice.

Sunshine and grumpy get together with good spice and a touch of intrigue. I like that the main girl is also a lady with curves who rocks them.

Chapters 4-6 are mixed up…I read part of the kindle version first and you should listen to 6 first and then 4-5

Goldie and Ted

This is a great spin on the traditional Goldilocks and the Three Bears story.

Goldie is fierce and learns to love herself.
Ted is a protector and always looking out for his pack. And he tends to always have the responsibilities placed on him.
Goldie and him get off to a very rocky start.

And as things progress their relationship undergoes some very serious challenges.

Listening to their banter and interactions definitely brought a new level of enjoyment to the story.

Both narrators did a wonderful job. And I enjoyed listening to them. They were perfect for this story.

Absolute Banger!

This is my favorite book so far in the lost girls series. Goldie goes through some really scary things before finally finding her voice and claiming her power. Ted is the grumpy to her sunshine; their forced proximity created a tangle of emotions, nerves, bed hopping, and one crazy string of events. The 3 little bears have the most wholesome healing moment that will surely bring a tear to your eye and there’s a twist in there more sour than lemons, that made me wanna chuck my headphones. Because there’s no way the Lost Girls didn’t catch it.

Once again, Holly has captured us with an amazing fantasy retelling. A classic story reimagined with grit, horror, spice, and everything nice .
