I was expecting powerful, Old Yeller, emotions

This is a story about a family trying to catch their beloved dog, after the animal was traumatised in a car accident and became fearful of humans. It was a great story and interesting in a case-study sort of way.

I love all things dogs, and this was a wonderful heartwarming story with a happy ending. They mentioned old yeller, which I also read as a kid loved every minute of the story.

Just spent n enjoyable hour+ cleaning and cooking peppers, listening to this delightful short book. This is a story for your whole family, well written and well told.

Great story for dog lovers

My husband and I listened to this together. We enjoyed the detailed descriptions of the dog and those trying to catch him. We shared in their frustrations and rejoiced when he was found.

What never giving up gets you

I’m a Vermont native, and somehow missed this story. Very inspiring story showing how much love a man held for his best friend, and how a community took notice and helped offer resources to bring back Murphy. Great story
