female narrator was the worse

This story is a good one. Thank God I read it first before I got the audio. as always Winston was amazing. The female narrator was terrible, she made Erin sound like a overweight teenage boy. That totally ruined it for me. She went way to hard with the New York accent and her Caribbean accent for the mom was down right crazy. To her credit she did a good job with all the other female voices except Capones mother. She needs to tone it down and not be so aggressive with the main characters voice. At times Erin sounded more manly than Capone lol. I just couldn't take it!

His son?!

The female MC gotta go. I thought Erin was a male character until the second chapter. Besides that this is a good book, Wild ending.

Female Narrator?

While this series kept me engaged, the female narrator was a little to masculine. Next time I would like to hear a female character sound more feminine so I can distinguish between the male and female roles.

Both narrators were great!!! Like the twist. I am looking forward to 2. This is a great book for audio.
