Yolani stepped into her brother’s size thirteen Timberland boots and runs the streets the way she sees fit. With a nagging wife at home, a plethora of women at her fingertips, and more money than she knows what to do with, the last thing she’s thinking about is settling down or stepping back from the streets. With a secret she’s hiding, will the skeletons finally come barging out of the closet? Will Hazel deal with being married to a Brownsville Bully? I am praying they have a part two this is so far my favorite listen for the year. I love this omg where is part two. I am on the edge of my seat.

Slow Burn with excitement

All these characters have depth, but are truly unlikeable. most are flawed but the story is so intriguing and keeps me hooked.

Hazel and yolani were insufferable. I hope their storyline gets better. And I love yoshani and golden. That cliffhanger was crazy!!!! Can’t wait for part 2

Great Listen

This was a really good listen. it was a lot going on but I couldn't stop listening. I love how things are going with Yoshon and Golden. Yolani needs help and Hazel is confused. I like the characters and looking forward to book 2.
