A messy love story

Baby this was messsssy but I loved it. Let me just say I don’t condone cheating. But I was so happy when she finally started putting herself first. Jace was a horrible excuse of a man. She put up with so much sh!t with him, idk how she lasted that long. All it took was a trip to the Maldives to find her forever man! Brae is the type of man that every woman needs. He came in and changed hers and her girls life for the better. Brae showed them how a man is supposed to treat you. This book was a 10/10 for me💙

Love a good love story

I really enjoyed the story overall. It was hard to listen to the things that the Jace put Story through and I wanted to hear how karma bit him in the ass but so good to hear love after divorce story. Love Jacquel as an author

I really enjoyed this book. Story was getting on my nerves but I’m so glad everything came together for her.

Overall great story….BUT

This was an overall good love story. I enjoyed the characters and the progression of the storyline, until the ending. It seems like it was prematurely cut off. No elaboration on the divorce, no other mentions of Jace and Tonya, nothing else with the kids and how they feel with Storie and Brays new information. Did they marry? What was the sex of the baby? Such an abrupt ending.

Loved it! Performance could have been better

I loved this book! The writing was realistic but left some room for imagination and fantasizing! The narration was a little off for me. Sometimes it sounded like they were reading a script, and didn’t practice. The sentences sometimes didn’t flow well for me, or there was inflection in inappropriate places, which was often distracting.

the storyline

Oh em gee! I am so glad I came across this book. I have already purchased the next two books in the series! I laughed and cried!

It was so detailed I pictured scenes in my head as I listened.

I absolutely loved this book! I’d rather listen to this book than watch a movie. It was a very entertaining and good book!

She did and she was done

Story’s relationship with Jace was so relatable. I could see so much of my life in this book. Great read!
