Astoria Needed A Man To Complement Her

I was almost I tears because my girl, Stori, was juggling soo much! I’m so happy she found her happy ending!💕

Loved it!!

I really enjoyed this book. Story was getting on my nerves but I’m so glad everything came together for her.

Overall great story….BUT

This was an overall good love story. I enjoyed the characters and the progression of the storyline, until the ending. It seems like it was prematurely cut off. No elaboration on the divorce, no other mentions of Jace and Tonya, nothing else with the kids and how they feel with Storie and Brays new information. Did they marry? What was the sex of the baby? Such an abrupt ending.

Love a good love story

I really enjoyed the story overall. It was hard to listen to the things that the Jace put Story through and I wanted to hear how karma bit him in the ass but so good to hear love after divorce story. Love Jacquel as an author

Decent story

I liked the story for the most part.The MC put up with too much disrespect for too long,but overall I enjoyed her ending it for someone who treated her right. the cons was the narrators. The female did fine ,but the male narrator shouldn't have changed his octaves when speaking as Story ,it became annoying at some points hearing him use a " female" voice. Also some of the dialogue was cringe. ie: Story calling Bray " pappa" or saying " x marks the spot".
other than that it was decent .

Relatable and Entertaining!

Loved the story line. I’m a sucker for a quick romance and rescue! lol I wasn’t a fan of the female narrator but I loved the book!

Yes, she finally was honestly really FINE.

This was my first listen to the audiobook written by Jaquel. The narrators were great. The storyline left me with some mixed feelings. It was unfortunate that Stori's marriage was at its low. Her husband was no good and obviously used her. The best thing out of that marriage were her two beautiful daughters. As a result of her daughters, she got married to this man that cheated on her before they married (I believe) and accepted a child by him outside of their relationship. At that point, Stori had an opportunity to not proceed with the marriage. Obviously, she forgave and thought things would get better. Her husband treated her so wrong. He often let her down with his selfish ways. Fortunately, Stori continued to pursue her dreams and became a therapist. The trip with her sister and best friend changed her life. She met a man that was the best thing that happened to her (since her daughters). That is where she found out, he was also in a failing relationship. They both were married and unhappy. Instead of completely ending the relationship, they pursue a relationship with each other. Bray treated her as a queen and was a protector - even though they were not legally available. Then, Stori shared this with her daughters who accepted and supported it (that was odd). I understand that they wanted their mom to be happy. Stori's husband had the nerve to be upset when he found out about that relationship while he was still being unfaithful. I'm a fan of settling the issue(s) before getting into something else so soon. I can imagine all of the drama to encounter before it all settles. To each his own...

love this book and will recommend to others. The book was hard to stop listening to. I love love.
