What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

I could only listen for about 20 minutes, then needed to stop. The audio recording is horrible. I was trying not to be distracted, but the information is so dry ... I listen to a lot of business books, but this was a no go. Ironic that a book about telling stories in an interesting way was so dull
