Excellent book with a double twist at the end. Fabulous love story. Well read and not at all cheesy.

Love twists , trists, & murder

Unexpected, lovely, surprising and so well done. The narrator was excellent! The story had so many wonderful and deep characters, and the way each chapter layered information and character formation was beautifully executed.

This book roped me in immediately. The characters are so well developed. Beautiful story of life and the sorrow and beauty that comes with living.

Emotional and intimate

So many secrets that made my jaw drop. When I thought I could predict something it would be something completely different. I loved getting to know Beth and really feeling for her. I believe you really can love two people at once.

Looking forward to more

Looking forward to more from this author. Although many aspects of the book could have been more developed, as it stands it's very good. The prose and atmospehere are mostly delightful. The relationship between Gabriel and Beth takes up a little too much real estate and the characters are not quite developed enough. But for its length the themes and characters are probably as good as can be.

What a Wonderful Surprise

I discovered this book accidentally. it was very well written and the narrator was engaging. I'll definitely be looking for this author in the future.

Don't miss this one

I listen to almost a book a day while I work in my art studio and I will say that there are a handful of books that I know will stick with me for a long time- and this is one. Finished it in a day and wish I could listen to it again for the first time. Eagerly waiting for more from this author.
