I can't get enough of Jolene Hartgrave's shenanagins and Bijou Mer. It filled all my needs for a fun paranormal cozy mystery. I'll be hurrying on over to the next book in the series to see if the shifter world ever sees justice.

Another great mystery from Erin Johnson with a dead bride, strawberries allergies, a powerful family and a poor girl. Can Peter and Jolen solve the mystery with Daisy down with allergic problems? Another challenge with a wonderful twist at the end. great audiobook

Excellent read!
So glad I stuck with this series! I love seeing good character growth in a way that enhances the storyline. I’m looking forward to following the characters as they find themselves in tough situations and continue to handle themselves with a good balance of reality and humor! As a very independent and sly woman myself I find myself drawn to the characters and their cases book after book. I highly recommend this series!

Jolene and Peter are always amusing
A bride is killed and Daisy is put out of commission by seasonal allergies so no truth sniffing abilities. It is now up to Jolene and Peter to solve the crime by themselves. The bride that was killed was a girl that Jolene knew from the orphanage and she was a shifter. There is less Jolene and Daisy banter but there is a bat who is interesting. This mystery keeps yo guessing until the end. Talking animals and a whodunit..win win. I was given a free copy of this book at my request and this is my honest review.
