Best story yet
I’ve left all of Colleen Coble’s books, but I believe that this series may be my favorite. The intrigue in story plot twists is interesting. You will most definitely enjoy this book.

Best book so far
I have read all of Colleen’s books. I anxiously await each new series. I like the way all the books seem to overlap in some way. I like watching the kids growing up and seeing their families grow.

Unexpected twists
Colleen Coble is a master of the suspense genre. Kept me filtering through what I’d read in the first 2 books of this series to put clues together. I appreciate the threads of faith and hope she weaves in.

Love the story and mystery
I’ve been enjoying the novels by Colleen for a few years now. This series is no different. I was not taken by surprise of the ruthless leader. I thought of him off and on. Was rewarded when revealed at the end.
