As the mother of a young adult with ADHD, I was eager to listen to this. The framework of looking at ADHD as a superpower rather than a disorder is something that I have had my son live by for nearly 20 years. I love the idea of breaking tasks down in chunks so they don't seem overwhelming. Time blindness is a real thing and I never had a phrase for it until now. This book has tons of great guidance on the ADHD and OCD world. Thumbs up.

I studied a lot while listening to this book. It is based on more practical research results. I was able to gain knowledge of the facts about ADHD and obsessive-compulsive disorder and their solutions. As a result, my preconceptions about people with such disorders disappeared, and I gained wisdom that allows me to empathize with them. It provides techniques and strategies that are well-handled in each position, whether at home, in personal relationships, or at work. With the author's many pieces of advice and practical tools, they will be instilled and solved confidently. However, it will help not only those who are having difficulties, but also everyone to learn together and bring out their hidden potential. I recommend it to everyone.
