A little Disappointed

The overall series is ok. The disappointment lies in the extreme arrogance of the main character. He is new to the supernatural, but denies or acts like the supreme expert

Very engaging with great narration!

This was my first time diving into this world, and wow I’m hooked. It’s such a fun mix of special forces style military action and paranormal elements, and it just works so well. The narration is fantastic and really brings everything to life. I finished the first book and instantly jumped into the second because I couldn’t stop. I also found out there are crossover characters from other series, which makes me excited to check those out too. I’ll update after I get a few more books in, but for now, this is an absolute blast to listen to and super hard to put down.

Just finished book two and I'm still loving it. I will come back after I finish book 5 and leave a final review.

I like Magnarella and his urban fantasy

The stories are solid, but I am getting increasingly bored with the trope of almost every female character being in love with the protagonist. Can we try leaving that out? This story was engaging and fun and heartfelt.
