There are so many books as this one, out there. All saying about the same thing. Admittedly, I’ve read over a hundred of them.

It’s rare to find one like this one. It’s simple, to the point, free of fluff, and engaging. I’m in the Home Service field, more exactly, the residential HVAC industry. I’ve trained and coached in this field. The very first thing that stood out is that there was no fillers in this book.

Again, straight to the point, easy to read, and extremely relevant to the residential Home Service industry. Even to the very end, when Kenny Chapman wrote, that nothing in this particular book will work without implementation.

I would recommend this book to any business owner, manager, or leader in a business, but will add, that it’s a MUST read if your business is in Home Services.
