The location in which the store took place.

I really liked the story line of the book, however the person reading the book reads like a 7th grader that's scared to read in front of the class because she doesn't know how to sound out simple words like Houma, noted, and many of words.

Interesting

This story kept my ADHD BRAIN ENGAGED! I feel like this is a good stand alone book when you are trying to meet a reading goal. Not the worse book but not the best either.

Good story but…..

Story was good but a bit predictable. The narrator was terrible and I almost didn’t listen after the first 5 minutes because of her. I expected a story about Louisiana to at least be able to pronounce the names of the cities correctly. Probably a better read than listen.

I’ve bought worse

A very predictable story. The narration was average or below until I raised the speed to 1.2x. That is how I got through it.

Keep you on the edge of your seat

I loved this book. It was an excellent book. I can’t wait for the rest of the series to be on here so I can listen to them.
