Bipolar Disorder in 51 min! Recommend it!
I always wanted to know about bipolar condition, so I picked this book and I tell you, I enjoyed the caring voice of the narrator, although the story is written by a female psychologist and author, but I still enjoyed the narrator voice telling Author's story in such a transparent and unbiased manner. I learned so much in just 51 minutes listening to this book, that I suggest anyone to read this book, and get yourselves educated on this topic. I think it's important to understand major mental illnesses, such as this one, to broaden our perspective, and should we meet someone with this condition to be able to treat them with the respect and understanding they deserve, while protecting both of us. Well written, and beautifully narrated!
