Continuing to impress

The story and performance continues to keep me captivated! I will continue to listen as more comes available.

Somehow Lacking

I can't put my finger on it, but this just wasn't as good as I was expecting. It was as if the main character became kind of annoying again, as were the cookie cutter jealous adventurers in the first half. Also, a lot of things with his power seemed to not really make sense in the second half. I ended up listening to the last hour in double speed to get it over with. I think most people will probably be ok with this so if you liked the first book then go ahead and give this a try, just don't expect too much.
