A Must for anyone interested in Business
This is a fantastic book that outlines how to avoid the VERY common pitfalls that put companies -big and small- out of business. the author does a great job laying the fountains of business viability ("is your business idea actually profitable?") and guiding the reader through a step-by-step process to plan a successful business. I have worked for startups that failed, and I can say that if we had read this book before launching, those companies would have been successful
