I read this book for the first time about three years ago. I credit it with surviving in a corporate workplace where bullying comes in the form of dismissing one’s value, rude and condescending emails, and favoritism. It’s a book of tools so powerful, I’m reading it again. This book allows teaches you to stand up to workplace harassment without becoming part of the problem. Thank you!

Beating the bully works
I challenged a work place bully about her actions and her bully tactics . This bully was eroding work place morale and using bully tactics to micromanage and bully people. I stood my ground. No more Mr nice guy
