I read this book for the first time about three years ago. I credit it with surviving in a corporate workplace where bullying comes in the form of dismissing one’s value, rude and condescending emails, and favoritism. Beating the bully works
I challenged a work place bully about her actions and her bully tactics . This bully was eroding work place morale and using bully tactics to micromanage and bully people. I stood my ground. No more Mr nice guy
