The story:

It is M32, a thousand years after the Horus Heresy. The Scouring is over and the Imperium is at the height of its post-Crusade power. When Magnus the Red is tracked down to Gangava Prime, the Space Wolves hasten to engage the daemon primarch. Even as Great Wolf Harek Ironhelm closes on his ancient enemy, the Fang, a fortress on the Space Wolves home world, is besieged by a massive force of Thousand Sons. A desperate battle ensues as the skeleton forces of Wolf Lord Vaer Greylock attempt to hold back the attacking hosts before the last of his meagre defences gives in. Though a single Scout ship survives to summon Great Wolf Harek Ironhelm back to Fenris, none of the defenders truly realise the full scale the horror that awaits them, nor what the Battle for the Fang will cost them all.

Fantastic read!

Starts off a little slow for my liking, but boy does it go to 100 real quick! Wolves mustering for war? Sign me up for another 10 books just like this one and I would be extremely happy!

Good story and I don’t even like the wolves

Love the narrator. Great moments and some fillers with memorable characters of old. Dislike the wolves a little less now

Vilka Fenryka at it's best

What can be said...Bjorn and his wolf brothers fighting to defend the fang versus their sworn enemies. Absolutely enjoyable, and worthy of the Route!

I loved it well written and well read.

my only concern is that they gave Bjorn an plasma Canon... but if that's my only problem it's not that bad

I'm surprised enjoyment

I am a Thousand Sons fan and I have a new found enjoyment/respect for the space wolves. The power of important figures is respected and not over indulge to stroke ones ego in regards to either the KSons or the wolves. I would suggest this book to either fan.

This book made me go from liking the Space Wolves to actively enjoying them. Would recommend to any wanting to read about Space Wolves

Space Puppies defend their kennel

A very fun story for both Thousand Sons fans and Space Wolves fans alike. An absolute blast to listen to from beginning to end.

nice bit of lore

I like how this one was from the 32nd millennia, and it showed the first batter of the fang, but I just can't get into space wolves novels.
