Good, but not great
Book 3 in Guy Haley’s blood angel series, following Dante and Devistation of Baal, is the weakest so far. It does advance the timeline for imperium nihilus a little and explains Mephiston’s crossing of the rubicon primaris. Plenty of action, and some interesting moments. Just feel is like filler before the next bigger more substantial book.

Great listen.
Loved this book. Guy Haley keeps developing the blood angel perfectly. The Narrator has a wide range of voices, but he shines when he does narrations. If you are a BA fan, this is a must. Dante's speeches are inspiring.

Solid ending to the trilogy
While not as great as the previous two books, this is still another great story for the Blood Angels. Dante and Mephiston have so many great moments and yet both are so tragic.

Amazing
Richard Reed does justice to Guy Haley’s work in impressive fashion. You can tell he is working on adding more diverse accents to help us differentiate between characters. His American accent is very good in this one.

Man this last Dante book was great and I like the way the book split between Mephiston and Dante stories. We also learn more about the curse of the black rage and sanguineus.
