Loved it! Would be a great movie

To me the narrator plays a huge part on whether or night I can even continue listening to an audio book. The delivery, voices, everything was on point. The story itself wrapped me up in it. I wish there was more!

I absolutely loved this series I wish for more

good story telling. there was a perfect harmony of drama, action, romance, science fiction, and a hint of mystery. want to know more of what could happen afterwards.

Good Set of Books

I absolutely enjoyed this set of books! Good story and narration. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys Supernatural Fantasy type books.

Good story, kept me interested. I pretty much listened to it in one sitting.

point of views can get confusing.

The series can get very confusing if you stop listening in the middle of a chapter and come back.

Really excellent. No bad extremes, satisfying end.

The majority of the books I have been reading and searching through on the subject of vampires, magic, and supernatural beings have been disappointing, speaking mildly. The main issue is that so few authors seem to convey an understanding of human sexuality, or that they write unto an unfulfilling ending with the story being one of wandering lost or depressed in the middle. This book is one of the few excellent books that succeeds at making sense in a world where the various elements that lead to satisfaction are present: love, goals we can relate to, moral balance, and of course a supernatural battle one. Success, fulfillment, and totally unique re-definitions of what supernatural beings are supposed to be are all had right here, in a time I was pleased to discover it.

My rant:
Co-habitation of different races (non-sexual), fine; culture and different writing styles assumed to be normal to everyone, fine, it shows confidence; things that are kind-of vague because the author or the main character hasn't figured it out yet, fine! The world of imagination is very cool at times and I long for all the hours of my lonely work being filled with something to keep my mind occupied when my college classes fail to provide. Far too many authors seem to put stories of crap and sexual self-defilement into the larger stories in a way that does not make any sense, suggesting that it is there for their own lusts or the imagined demand of their audience. Do thorough and proper research and you will discover that sexual addiction is far more prevalent than anyone feels comfortable admitting. It twists and distorts the natural drives of the brain just as any addiction does. Only when someone is free of such a condition can they see how horribly much the world is influenced by fake imitations of sexual love and fulfillment. Sex is about reproduction and love is about commitment and a desire for mutual lasting happiness and wellbeing. They are not exclusive, but they are also not swappable. Sexual addictions can make any indulgence seem a worthy cost to obtain the satisfaction of sexual urges, physical or mentally emulated.

love this series

finished this series in just 9 days (audible) I absolutely fell in love with the author. This book is now the 2 series I have finished by her, now moving on to the Angel Trials.

This series was great. The story line was easy to follow and was good for the family to hear together. The only bad thing was the ending. I wanted it to keep going but understandably the next series starts. wish that the next series. had a "complete series" headline so I wouldn't have to wait for my credit to hear the next book in line and would be able to hear all the books in order all at once. Can't wait to hear the rest of the books. 3 hip hip hoorays from me.

really enjoyed this whole book, maybe wanted alittle more romance but it's a great book and I will probably look into more books by this author

These books will keep you on the edge of your chair. They keep you involved and intrigued on what's going to happen next. She's now became my favorite author, sorry Stephen King.
