LOVE this narrator!

Interesting story, grabbed my attention and fantastic narrator. This is the 2nd series by this author that I have listened to recently. I appreciate the descriptions of the characters’ abilities and the locations.

Very good storyline!!

I started with Acturus Academy not paying attention and had to go back and listen to this as well! I am sincerely hoping that this book will continue to go on with more trilogies. It was a bit of a slow start but was still amazing nonetheless. If you listen to this and its sisters (which I think you should) hold on. I loved the way that all the supernaturals ended up intertwined. With where it left off I know it can’t be over. This is worth the listen and the narrators for these series of books have been great on both!!

I loved it

I loved the book in general. The plot was awesome and I got some romance I didn't expect. One of the things i liked but also didn't was that Georjie fell in love with her cousin. That was a little weird. I loved that they all got different elemental powers, but I'm still a little confused on what aether is. I would totally recommend for people who love fantasy and romance.

The girls think their biggest challenge will be adjusting to their powers, but when an ancient evil shows up immune to their combined strength, the suspense skyrockets. I won’t spoil the identity of the mysterious fifth elemental, but I will say that the reveal was both surprising and satisfying. The boxed set format is the best way to read this series—you can dive (pun intended) straight from one girl’s story into the next, and by the time they all come together, you’re fully invested in their friendship and fate. If you love elemental magic, mermaid lore with a fresh twist, and teen heroines who have to earn their victories through loyalty, sacrifice, and grit, this series will grip you from the first page. Targa’s journey especially stood out for me, and by the end, she felt like a real friend I didn’t want to say goodbye to.

💖INCREDIBLE VALUE FROM A VERY GIFTED WORDSMITH💖 I envy those of you that can buy this boxed set and listen with out waiting for each book to be written like I had to. I discovered this author A. L. Knorr just after she had published her first book and I can tell you I have every book, every series she has written. Sometimes an author comes along that is that good, that takes you off earth to a place of fiction and fantasy with a book you cannot put down. You Laugh, you cry, you love the characters and well after the book is finished you find yourself thinking, remembering and wanting more.
You will love gabby's narration, she is talented in bringing the words to life.
