It's Christmastime in 1905 New York City, and for once Molly Murphy Sullivan is looking forward to the approaching holidays. Wonderful story
Each of the books in this series is unique and compelling, inserting you into the lives of Molly Murphy Sullivan and her family. This one is no different. The narration is fantastic and easily understood as the voices of each character is unique to itself. One would think that the plot lines would begin to sound the same in each successive book, but they are also original and not predictable. I can’t wait for the next one.

Enjoyed all 17 in the series!!
I have enjoyed the Molly Murphy mystery series ever since the first book. I was hooked and not a single one has disappointed.
Nicola Barber is an amazing narrator and has done the stories well. I am sad to be finished but it was certainly an enjoyable ride.

PERFECT!
Exactly what I wanted and expected: yet another fun, interesting, intriguing, and enjoyable adventure with Molly. If you are a fan of this series I am sure you will love it.
If you are new to Molly's escapades, my advice is stop right now and start with Book 1 - it's totally worth it.
Can't wait for book 16 in March!

One of her best
Rhys Bowen tells a great tale. The life of poor children on the streets of New York is the focus But the pleasures of the Christmas in the city provide a welcome contrast

Another Good Molly Murphy Mystery!
Rhys Bowen has written another good mystery. I love the characters she has brought to life. Molly is as feisty as ever, and always wanting to help the under dog.

Great!
Loved it! As always anything Rhys Bowen writes is entertaining. I enjoy following Molly through her life and career.

Way better than expected
This is the first book I've listen to by this author. I was looking for a Christmas read when I came on it. I read several reviews and most were favorable so I decided to give it a listen. I am very glad I did. It proved to be just the right length for a Christmas story. I really liked the story and Ms Barber did a fine job presenting it. The thing I liked the most was that it was a good story with an interesting ending. Thank You for a good book and a fine presentation.
