A really fun listen!

This one was really fun to listen to in the car on a road trip. I really enjoyed listening to the stories of the places she visited with her family. It did leave me wanting a bit more though and I wish they had traveled to South America!

A great adventure

Loved this it was so very descriptive almost poetic and you felt like you were along with them for their travels. Highly recommend this book. A great escape from the every day grind of life ❤️

Travel writing at it's best!

This is the kind of travel writing that has you grabbing for your passport and and a cup of tea at the same time. I found Tsh though her podcast "The Simple Show." I have binged many of her podcast episodes and finally thought I need to see (or hear) her writing if I love the podcast this much. This book did not disappoint. I would recommend it many times over. Especially if you are a homebody who loves to travel.

Fantastic book!

This book was a fantastic collection of stories and lessons. It made my morning commutes so enjoyable. I laughed, I choked up, and I genuinely enjoying joining Tsh and her family on their adventures around the world! I highly recommend this book!

wanderlust is always on my mind

I really enjoyed At Home in the World. I too can relate in wanting to have a place to call home and also to travel without reservations. Tsh's story resonated with me although I do not have children. This is a book I will ask everyone to read that earns for an adventure, especially those with children.

Like listening to an old friend

This book resonated so much with me as I, too, have felt the constant tug between extended travel and the comfort and community of home. And as a mom pondering a long-term trip with two littles, I found it very inspirational. The narrative is beautifully written and I really enjoyed hearing the author narrate her travels, stories and insights in her own voice. It was as if I was listening to a friend over a cup of tea or glass of wine. I even had a friend who recommended this book to me saying she knew I’d love it when I was already about halfway through the book. And she was right...by the end I felt like Tsh was an old friend and so appreciated that she took me along on her adventures.

Really liked this book

At Home In The World was a very enjoyable book. I related with the author’s love of travel and the challenges of doing it with kids. I felt that I got mini glimpses into places I’d like to visit someday. As a Christian, I also enjoyed listening to how her spiritual journey intertwined with her actual journey. Would recommend to anyone with wanderlust.

A Hospital Welcome into One Family’s Adventures

This audiobook, I suspect, is my first love of what will become many.
Listening to Tsh share the story of her family’s journey around the world was sipping a cup of coffee in a dear friend’s home; relaxing, catching up, and reminiscing.
Tsh welcomed me into her family’s experiences and I am better for it.
