Portrait of a sociopath!
AT Dusk is Alex Troutt Book 5 by John W. Mefford. Troutt is an FBI special agent and mother of two teens. The antagonist is a sociopath who kills for fun. This author has two series, Alex Troutt and Ivy Nash. I enjoy the Ivy Nash series more, but this series is worthwhile. Jodie Bentyley's narration is excellent.
